The Knoxville CAC AmeriCorps program held their Mayor’s Day celebration on April 5th, at the John T. O’Connor Center. AmeriCorps, Senior Corps, government officials, and community members spent the day packing food for Moble Meals. Mayor Madeline Rogero gave a speech, followed by the reading of a proclamation recognizing the service of AmeriCorps, Senior Corps and The Emerald Youth Foundation.
