Hours of Operation
CTV staff is generally available from 7 am until 9 pm Monday through Friday (and on weekends, as needed), but the actual hours of operation are subject to change on a daily basis based on production demands and the needs of our producers. Experience has shown that training workshops are best scheduled on an individual basis at times convenient to the producers, rather than creating set schedules that may or may not be convenient for everyone. Producers reserve studio equipment, portable cameras and editing suites using our computerized facility management reservation system. Our system has the capacity to cross check availability in real time and schedule reservations months ahead. Producers of regular series programs take advantage of this system by scheduling production facilities & equipment at the same regular time every month. This makes it much more convenient for them to recruit program guests and produce their shows.

- Media Drop Off . . . anytime through Mail Drop Slot at front door
- Equipment Checkout & Return . . . 9 am – 9 pm (Mon - Fri)
- Studio Facility Use . . . 1 pm – 9 pm (Mon - Fri)
- Edit Facility Use . . . 1 pm – 9 pm (Mon - Fri)
CTV will be closed on the following days:
- New Year’s Day (January 1)
- Martin Luther King, Jr.’s Birthday (3rd Monday in January)
- Good Friday (Friday before Easter Sunday)
- Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Labor Day (1st Monday in September)
- Thanksgiving Day (4th Thursday in November)
- Veterans Day (4th Friday in November)
- Christmas Day (December 25)
