CTV STAFF
Each year, a CTV volunteer base that includes nearly 1,000 community residents provides all of the programming that airs on the channel. CTV employs a small number of people who perform various roles in training volunteer producers, facility maintenance, program scheduling, and other activities that ensure smooth day-to-day operations and future sustainability.
Current full-time CTV employees include:

David Vogel (Email: david [at] ctvknox.org) holds a Master's Degree from the University of California - Los Angeles and has been employed at CTV since 1987. In his role as General Manager, Mr. Vogel is ultimately responsible for every aspect of the organization's activities, including day-to-day operations, staffing, growth & development.

Kevin Jeske (Email: kevin [at] ctvknox.org) holds a Master's Degree from the University of Tennessee and has been employed at CTV since 1998. In his role as Director of Development, Mr. Jeske is primarily responsible for providing assistance in the planning and coordination of major growth and organizational development initiatives which support the mission of the CTV.

Brian Greer (Email: brian [at] ctvknox.org) holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Tennessee and has been employed at CTV since 2005. In his role as a Web Access Coordinator, Mr. Greer is primarily responsible for the maintenance of the CTV website, production of promotional material for the station, coordination of staff-produced programs, training new producers, and performing the necessary steps involved in receiving and scheduling programs for playback.

John Enloe holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee and has been employed at CTV since 2000. In his role as a Production Coordinator, Mr. Enloe is primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations of CTV programming, coordination of staff-produced programs, training new producers, and performing the necessary steps involved in receiving and scheduling programs for playback.

Corey Pass holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Tennessee and has been employed at CTV since 2003. In his role as a Production Coordinator, Mr. Pass is primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations of The WISE Channel, as well as coordination of staff-produced programs, training new producers, and performing the necessary steps involved in receiving and scheduling programs for playback.

Jason Oaks (Email: jason [at] ctvknox.org) holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Tennessee and has been employed at CTV since 1992. In his role as Media Coordinator, Mr. Oaks is primarily responsible for assisting non-profit organizations, as well as coordination of staff-produced programs, training new producers, and performing the necessary steps involved in receiving and scheduling programs for playback.

Dale Mackey (Email: dale [at] ctvknox.org) holds a Bachelor's Degree from Grinnell College and has been employed at CTV since 2008. In her role as Youth Coordinator, Ms. Mackey is primarily responsible for providing youth literacy training, as well as coordination of staff-produced programs, training new producers, and performing the necessary steps involved in receiving and scheduling programs for playback.
Other part time Production Assistants share responsibility for producing in house CTV productions, providing technical assistance to community producers, monitoring daily cablecast programming, and recording facility use and programming statistics.

Dave Jones holds two Associate's Degrees from Pellissippi State Technical Community College and has been employed at CTV since 1995. In his role as a Production Assistant, Mr. Jones is primarily responsible for the coordination of live programming and assisting access coordinators and executive producers in various aspects of production.
CTV BOARD
Except to the extent expressly limited by the Articles of Incorporation, or the Bylaws of the Corporation, the business and affairs of the corporation shall be managed by a Board of Directors. The directors shall have all powers permitted by applicable statutes and laws not expressly limited by the Articles of Incorporation or the Bylaws of the Corporation. No officer, director, or employee of the Corporation has authority to incur any debt or obligation on behalf of the Corporation in an amount exceeding $5,000 without prior approval by resolution from the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors consists of 11 members who meet four times a year - January, June, August and November. The Directors serve a three-year term. Members must be approved by City Council. In 2008, the Board will meet January 15, May 20, September 16 and November 11.
